Join America's Future Foundation as we debate one of the most important patent law cases on the Supreme Court's docket this term!

Oral argument for Oil States Energy Services, LLC v. Greene’s Energy Group, LLC will be heard in front of the Supreme Court on November 27. Join us on Wednesday, November 1, for a debate on this upcoming case with experts on the issue. For some backgroud on the case, read more here and here.
