Please join us to celebrate the end of a challenging yet inspiring year. Come connect with US Climate Action Network (USCAN) members and climate allies and donate to recover from climate impacts and hurricane recovery efforts in the Caribbean and the Gulf South. In other words: USCAN is having a Holiday Party and Fundraiser and you are invited.
There will be entertainment, door prizes, food and briefs on how efforts are going on the ground. All funds raised will be donated to Grassroots International and the Gulf Coast Community Controlled Fund.
The first 30 people who RSVP for the holiday celebration will be put into a special drawing for 1940.
All those who donate $500 or more will be placed in a drawing for Courage.
Can’t attend but still want to support? Donate directly to Grassroots International and donate directly to Gulf Coast Community Controlled Fund. Please consider supporting at one of the donor levels: $25 (supporter donation), $100 (host donation) or $1,000 (Superstar donor).
A big thank you to our Host Committee Members: Alden Meyer, Alex Doukas, Betsy Taylor, Bill Snape, Bob Perkowitz, Claudia Malloy, Courtenay Lewis, Heather Coleman, Joe Uehlein, Jose Aguto, Katherine Silverthorne, Kathleen Welch, Kyle Ash, Lisa Renstom, Lou Leonard, Mark Magaña, Mike Tidwell, and Rafe Pomerance.
Also, a big thank you to our neighborhood businesses that have donated to make the door prizes possible: Chaia ($50 gift card), Baked & Wired ($25 gift card), &Pizza (five $10 gift cards), Ambar (dinner for two), Courtenay Lewis (artwork), Greater Ink(two t-shirts) and Newseum (general admission for two).
