Results for America, What Works Media Project, WorkingNation and Cummins Inc. cordially invite you to a lunch and film screening of “Solutions to America’s Workforce Crisis,” a short documentary about evidence-based approaches to workforce development.
At the screening, we will hear from U.S. House Education and the Workforce Committee Chairwoman Virginia Foxx and other bipartisan leaders, who will discuss career and technical education, apprenticeships, and what’s working to help all Americans succeed in the jobs they need to thrive in today’s economy.
After the screening, we will have a brief panel discussion with the filmmakers and workforce leaders featured in the film. We will begin the event with the Capitol Hill premiere of the 5-minute animated short, "Slope of the Curve," about the challenges workers face in an age of automation and globalization.
