Let’s talk about what happens next once you understand the basics of mindfulness. This retreat will provide an overview of mindfulness with plenty of time for participants to share what’s working for them and what might be getting in their way. We will also engage in several different mindfulness practices in order to provide participants with additional tools to use every day.
