Congress is an extremely fast-paced work environment with high staff turnover. Waiting for annual performance reviews doesn't provide your team with the ongoing guidance they need to reach their full potential AND ensure that your office meets its goals. CMF is here to help congressional staff managers with the tools you need!
This session will:
- outline a system for motivating your staff to ensure you do meet your office goals;
- prepare you for the conversations you need to have with staff throughout the year;
- explain the process for dealing with performance issues in your office; and
- help you develop performance goals for 2018 and beyond.
