Dear Colleague, 

Recently you should have received an invitation to an 1872 Mining Law Briefing from Sierra Club, Earthworks, Western Organization of Resource Councils, and Earthjustice, in cooperation with Reps. Raul Grijalva and Alan Lowenthal. The briefing will feature a panel of leaders from across the country discussing the impacts of 150 years of irresponsible mining on public health, tribes, local governments, and the environment.
