The Committee on House Administration, in conjunction with the Senate Committee on Rules and Administration, is excited to announce the annual Preparing for Summer Constituents staff training to be held on Wednesday, May 8th, 2019, from 1:30 – 3:30 p.m. in the Capitol Visitor Center’s Auditorium. The Committees invite staff members to attend this training session to learn about new exhibits, available resources, and other useful tips to successfully plan for constituent visits during this busy time of year.
The training session will feature speakers from the following entities:

Office of Congressional Accessibility Services
Library of Congress
U.S. Botanic Gardens
U.S. National Archives and Records Administration
U.S. Bureau of Engraving and Printing
