LGBTQ people, particularly those who are Black and Latinx, are more likely to come into contact with the criminal legal system and be incarcerated than non-LGBTQ people. Despite this reality, the LGBTQ perspective is often not included in criminal justice reform conversations on the Hill and legislation. Come listen to a panel of experts discuss why criminal justice is an LGBTQ issue and delve into the criminalization of the LGBTQ community.
