HillVets CAPCON is a non-partisan leadership and policy forum created by HillVets LEAD Proteges. HillVets LEAD is a program designed to locate up-and-coming veteran leaders who are already engaged in policy or communications and build their skills via training from senior policy and communications experts. CAPCON represents the culmination of this training and requires them to create a panel that is dynamic, timely, ripe for discussion, and is not being discussed in a meaningful way in other forums.
